I'm sort of my 80-year-old self, in training.
It's kind of all about affirmation. I CAN. There's nothing intimidating about the stove, the knitting needles, or the sewing machine. And there's nothing wrong or bad about me or my body.
I CAN.

It breaks my heart that one more magazine is using one more stupid woman to perpetuate the myth that we all need to be small, minimized, and conventionally beautiful in order to be worthy of love. We are beautiful. Every single goddamn one of us on this planet is deserving of love. And we all get the right to express it, regardless of what we look like.
